1. Digital product. A parcel is a digital collectible/claim recorded on LandChain and optionally as an NFT. It is not legal title to, or a right to occupy, real land.
2. Prices. Prices vary by zone and demand and may change every few seconds. The price shown when you create an order is locked for 15 minutes.
3. Payments and refunds. If a payment is received for a parcel that is no longer available, the amount is credited to your LandChain balance and can be withdrawn after KYC.
4. Resale. You may list your parcel at a price you choose. A platform fee applies to resales.
5. Verification. Email verification is required. Identity verification (KYC) is required for large purchases and for all withdrawals.
6. Risk. Crypto assets are volatile; you are responsible for your wallet, taxes and local laws. No guarantee of resale value.
